room for rent Warana in BIRTINYA, Queensland for sale

Hi, I have a room with built in robe, ceiling fan and furnished for rent. I have a inside/outside dog, so it's a must that he likes you lol. I'm close to shops and transport and only 50 mtrs to the beach. I am a 55 yo male, self employed carpenter and would prefer someone over 30. there are actually 2 rooms aval, so mum plus 1 could work out, but the rent would be higher and negotible.
the bathroom is a 2 way, and I enjoy a clean house.
Electricity would be shared and I would be asking for 2 weeks in advance for the bond. I'm very easy to get a long with, and if the rent is paid on time, i'd be a happy chappy. So email, or call me to arrange a time to come have a look, oh, and a small dog would be welcome
